Silent and watchful, Luna bore the mantle of the night because she feared her sister could not.

While it was true the night held beauty, it also was where the monsters would hide from the sun. Only she was willing to take up the night and all the evils that came with it.

The night was vast. Echoes from beyond the stars reverberated of ancient powers and terrors, possibly echoes of the gods themselves, cryptic and mysterious, shrouded in black-- The darkness that Luna would stand against all night, every night, would stare into its face and never blink once, forever a guardian against the evil she could call down. Tireless. Unwavering.
